At Greenwood & Associates, all we have ever practiced is criminal law, and we know it well.  As former District Attorneys we know the types of evidence and witnesses the State can gather against you, and we know how to exploit the weaknesses in a case to your full advantage.  We have the resources and experience to zealously represent your interests and vindicate your rights as a defendant. Let us put that our experience and insight to work for you.

e cannot guarantee anyone a specific outcome at the beginning of their case, but we can guarantee all our clients several things.  First, you will be well-informed about how your case is proceeding and what to expect at each court appearance.  Second, w
have several former NYPD detectives and U.S. Marshals under contract to preform investigative work on your case, and we will fully investigate all possible defenses you  may have.  Third, at the end of your case you will know you received the best outcome possible.
Criminal Defense Fees:
Greenwood & Associates is able to take most misdemeanor, municipal and petty offense cases on a flat fee basis. A flat fee, also referred to as a flat rate or a linear rate, refers to a pricing structure that charges a single fixed fee for a service, regardless of the billable hours spent working on your case. This way, you exactly how much your case is going to cost upfront. Our flat fee schedule is as follows:

For more complex legal matters, such as serious felonies, Greenwood & Associates may charge an hourly rate. This is a fixed rate that is billed for every hour spent working on your case in minimum 1/10 of an hour increments.
